Born to Sweat is an online fitness platform built on a realistic, sustainable, and an unapologetically balanced approach to health and fitness. We believe in the work hard, play hard mentality — building your strongest, fittest body while still fully enjoying life.

At the same time, Born to Sweat is rooted in discipline, routine, mental fortitude and training with intention. We don't chase trends or quick fixes. We build strong, confident bodies through consistency, structure, and workouts that actually challenge you.

Our mission is simple: keep it real. Show up for yourself. Put in the work. When you do that, success in your physique, your goals, and your mindset comes easily.

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Born to Sweat offers a free 7-day trial with full access to all the follow-along workouts and challenges. This is to give you a true feel for what a week of training with Beverley looks like, using her signature training style.
What equipment is recommended for your programs?

We recommend having a solid set of dumbbells (suggested at least 5 lbs – 20 lbs), a bench, a yoga mat and a selection of booty and resistance bands. Optional additions would be a step and a Swiss Ball.

If you're travelling we also have equipment-free workouts that can be done with bodyweight or bands only!

Is there a Born to Sweat App I can download to my phone?
Yes! We have a Born to Sweat App available in the Apple Store and in the Google Play store. Simply search for Born to Sweat, download, and login!
Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?
Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere you have wifi!

What type of memberships do you offer?
We offer Yearly and Monthly Memberships. Both options grant you unrestricted access to the entire platform as long as you are a member.
How much time do I need each day?
Most workouts are 25-40 minutes, designed to fit into your busy life. We also have quick 10-20 minute sessions on the days you need something quick and sweaty!
Is this for beginners?
If you are an absolute beginner, we suggest getting in at least 3–6 months training experience before starting on the platform. Beverley always provides form cues, modifications for challenging exercises, and encourages you to go at your own pace.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. There are no hidden fees, and once your membership is over, you won't be charged again.
